I’ve started napping everyday for 20minutes, and the results are fantastic.┬áIt helps you regain focus, become more alert, and increase work efficiency.

From a ROI point of view, if you nap 20 minutes, and you have 4-5 more hours to work in the afternoon, you only need a 5-8% increase in efficiency to make it worth it.

I believe that the increase is at least in the 20-30%. Plus, it’s just feels good to nap.

Onto the napping time, simply put, don’t let yourself fall into deep sleep. 20-30minutes is max. Or else you’ll wake up drowsy, actually become less productive, and most seriously, affect your night sleep and spiral down to affect next day’s efficiency..
